Determination of School Admission Arrangements for the Year 2026/2027

Notice is hereby given that the Exceed Learning Partnership Board of Directors, being the admission authority for all schools within Exceed Learning Partnership Trust have determined the admission arrangements for the 2026-2027 academic year for: 

All Primary Schools and Primary Academies within the Trust - Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, The Mallard Academy, Willow Primary School

Secondary Academy within the Trust - Hall Cross Academy 

(Please note the sixth form admissions arrangements at Hall Cross Academy were not consulted on and no changes have been made to these. These are detailed on Hall Cross Academy's Website)

Determination of the admission arrangements were made following consultation, as set out in The School Admissions Code and relevant legislation. 

A copy of the determined admission arrangements is available on this website page and is also available via request to: Head of Governance and Policy, Exceed Learning Partnership, Edlington Lane, Edlington, Doncaster, DN12 1PL. 

 Any person or body can object to the admission arrangements, where they provide their name and address, by writing to the school adjudicator, except where: 

• (i) the objection seeks, in substance, an alteration to admission arrangements for a grammar school; 
• (ii) the objection seeks, in substance, to remove selection from a selective Academy; 
• (iii) the objection relates to a non-increase in admission number for a school for which the local authority is not the admissions authority; 
• (iv) the objection relates to a non-increase in admission number for a community or voluntary controlled school, except where the objection is by the governing body of that school 
• (v) the objection relates to an existing agreement for the admissions arrangements of an Academy to vary from the School Admissions Code 
• (vi) the adjudicator has, within the last 2 years, made a decision to an objection to the admission arrangements of a school or Academy, and where any new objection referred to the adjudicator raises the same or substantially the same issues in relation to those admission arrangements.

Important Note: Not Part of the Notice 

The purpose of this Notice is to make parents aware of their right to object to the admission arrangements of a school if they consider the arrangements do not comply with the School Admissions Code or the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.  Advice on this Notice can be obtained by writing to:
